the staff were friendly. the dinner was good.
the stairs had a musty smell. the carpet in the room seemed dirty. the shower door wouldn't close properly. it pulsed very hot then very cold.

The staff was really helpful. they were kind. they were also friendly. it was a great relief when the manager found an iron for me. I really needed it. breakfast was superb.
As i entered from the car park i noticed a strong sewage smell. i had to open the bedroom windows. the smell was also present in the bathroom. my evening meals were very poor. I became quite ill on the last evening.

The room size was great. It felt clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was really good I enjoyed the cottage pie. Staff were very friendly and helpful .
The noise from the kitchen extractor fan was noticeable at times.

small bathroom sinkloud extractor fan
the small bathroom sink made washing difficult i often splashed water on the floor the frosted glass windows provided no view at all the kitchen extractor fan was also quite loud creating a disturbance
